Just imagine if you woke up and suddenly everyone thinks you are someone else. It must be very scary. Perhaps it was also felt Dr. Martin Harris (Liam Neeson) when everyone suddenly does not recognize it anymore. There is only one way for Martin. He has to prove who he is and find out what really happened to him.
Dr. Martin Harris has recently had a car accident while he was in Berlin. Wonder how long he was hospitalized but certainly when he terbagun, everything is getting to be weird. Elizabeth (January Jones), his wife, no longer recognize him. Worse, there is a man (Aidan Quinn) who now takes over his identity and becomes Elizabeth's husband.
No one who believes Martin's story, including the police. But that fact does not make Martin despair. He believes that he is Dr. Martin Harris and he was determined to prove it. Before this problem right, Martin was suddenly aware that there are people planning to kill him. Martin's only hope is Gina (Diane Kruger) who are willing to help him complete the mission to restore life.

Bayangkan saja kalau Anda terbangun dan tiba-tiba semua orang menganggap Anda orang lain. Pasti sangat menakutkan. Mungkin itu juga yang dirasakan Dr. Martin Harris (Liam Neeson) saat semua orang tiba-tiba tidak mengenalinya lagi. Hanya ada satu cara buat Martin. Ia harus membuktikan siapa dirinya dan mencari tahu apa yang sebenarnya telah terjadi pada dirinya.
Dr. Martin Harris baru saja mengalami kecelakaan mobil saat ia berada di Berlin. Entah berapa lama ia dirawat di rumah sakit namun yang pasti saat ia terbagun, semuanya mulai jadi aneh. Elizabeth (January Jones), istrinya, tak lagi mengenalinya. Lebih parahnya lagi, ada seorang pria (Aidan Quinn) yang kini mengambil alih identitasnya dan menjadi suami Elizabeth.
Tak ada orang yang percaya cerita Martin, termasuk polisi. Tapi fakta itu tak membuat Martin putus asa. Ia yakin bahwa ia adalah Dr. Martin Harris dan ia bertekad membuktikan itu. Sebelum masalah ini beres, Martin tiba-tiba sadar kalau ada orang yang berencana membunuhnya. Satu-satunya harapan Martin adalah Gina (Diane Kruger) yang bersedia membantunya menuntaskan misi mengembalikan hidup ini.
